The ideal candidate will have experience in shaping revenue operational functions from scratch, be comfortable diving deep into details and data, and have a passion for growing their career at a fast-moving, VC-funded startup. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, along with a vision for structuring the entire revenue tools system. Passion, detail-orientation, excellent communication, independent thinking, and creativity are highly valued. SaaS B2B experience is required, and the candidate must be comfortable working in a hybrid role based in Menlo Park and San Francisco, CA, at least 4 days per week in the office.
The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will work directly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, as well as leadership, to identify profitable growth objectives and close more deals. Responsibilities include owning the GTM team's software tech stack, understanding and configuring each software, ensuring smooth data connections between various softwares, building ad hoc automations, and making purchase decisions for new software. They will also create standard operating procedures for sales and customer success teams, drive organizational change management, document processes, and problem-solve operational issues as they arise.
