Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM strategy role, preferably within SaaS or high-growth tech. A builder's mindset, experience with sales forecasting, territory design, and GTM performance management are essential. Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks like MEDDICC, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, or Gong are also required. A track record of partnering with sales leadership to drive results and the ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments are necessary.
The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will design, implement, and optimize sales processes, forecasting, and territory models for the EMEA region. They will act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, using data to drive regional focus and execution. Responsibilities include building scalable operating cadences like QBRs and forecast reviews, partnering cross-functionally with various departments, and owning EMEA forecasting and performance reporting. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Revenue Systems team to ensure tools and workflows scale with the business.
