Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience, end-to-end project management skills, strong experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and familiarity with BI/reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, and Excel. They should also have knowledge of data hygiene best practices and automation tools, along with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a process-oriented mindset.
As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, the individual will audit, cleanse, and standardize CRM data to ensure high integrity and usability, identify areas of data inconsistency and improve accuracy, build and maintain dashboards and reports to support cross-functional needs, pressure test CRM workflows and data pipelines, analyze revenue performance metrics across the funnel, generate adhoc reports to support overall GTM strategy, document data trends defined by Revenue Operations, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies with data capture and leverage, develop and document scalable processes that improve cross-team alignment, work with sales and marketing stakeholders to refine processes, data, and automation, manage integrations between CRM and other revenue tools, and partner with IT or external vendors to scope system improvements and ensure smooth implementations.
