The Revenue Insights & Analysis team plays an integral part in ensuring we achieve our annual revenue goal. We do this by driving insights, action, and by building the foundations that lead to success. As a Senior Revenue Analyst, you are passionate about driving the success of the company. Having the ability to influence and impact future outcomes motivates you. As a key member of the team, the Senior Revenue Analyst will be working closely with the Revenue Lead and Manager to maintain and create processes and models.

As the Senior Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for the daily operational execution of revenue functions, along with the analysis and tracking of the revenue. You will focus on process improvements and tool development in order to empower all members of the Revenue Insights Team. The goal is to increase efficiencies and visibility needed to make effective decisions to reach the Company’s revenue goals.

As part of this work, you will be expected to not only own and develop processes but also help drive cross-functional communication, insights, and data.

What you'll get the opportunity to do

Data Management & Integrity

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all systems (financial models & systems), including reconciliations between systems
  • Ownership of forecast accuracy and maintenance of the forecast system, including the accuracy of the forecast through demand and supply adjustments
  • Running analysis on revenue KPIs and providing insights to the Business Development Team, FP&A Team and Executive team

Ownership of Recurring Monthly & Quarterly Processes

  • Support Revenue (FP&A) month-end close activities, including actualization of monthly results, management and board reporting, and variance analysis
  • Ownership of Business Review processes alongside the Business Development team
  • Holding the Revenue Insights team & cross-functional teams accountable for commitments
  • Tracking/updating the company on relevant KPIs, including models
  • Maintenance of the variable pay model and payouts

Tool Building & Process Building

  • Assist in the documentation creation of processes and tools
  • Building tools & processes to create efficiencies and insights
  • Providing support for the cross-functional teams to perform their jobs more effectively by building tools, building/reviewing media plans, and addressing issues that arise through the course of business.

Ad Hoc Reporting & Support

  • Ad Hoc projects/reporting to improve efficiencies and enable internal and cross-functional teams
  • Supporting the manager and lead on various tasks and acting as backup

What you'll bring to the team

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Highly proficient with applications, such as Excel, Google Sheets and Salesforce
  • Financial Acumen
  • Ability to work under tight timelines
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data discrepancies, ensure reporting accuracy, and maintain data integrity across financial systems and processes.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize competing
