Position Overview

As a Senior Retail Media Manager at Jellyfish, you will be a key contributor in driving media performance and account growth. Your responsibilities will encompass activation & optimization, reporting & insights, testing & data analysis, and client communication across highly complex retail accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in retail media, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Platform Knowledge: Knowledge of sponsored ads & display advertising through Amazon, with experience in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP).
  • Bid Management: Experience with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI and/or Pacvue.
  • Budget Management: Strong track record of managing complex retail media budgets.
  • Industry Understanding: Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets and produce high-quality documents).
  • Key Attributes: Positive thinker with enthusiasm, open and honest communication, comfortable with constructive feedback, and high personal standards.
  • Note: Emphasis on skills, expertise, and behavioral attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. Resume in English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize retail media campaigns, including Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon).
  • Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.
  • Independently complete BAU tasks, including campaign builds, daily pacing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Support the creation of professional client-facing documents with clear and actionable performance insights.
  • Interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign goals & objectives.
  • Stay updated on new tools, trends, and best practices.
