Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Direct IO to lead media planning and activation across traditional and digital direct publisher media. This role involves close collaboration with Programmatic counterparts on integrated display and video media strategy. The successful candidate will serve as the day-to-day client lead for all relevant media (Linear, OOH, Audio, and more), overseeing planning, activation, and measurement. This position requires a strong point of view and a drive to challenge the status quo.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $76,000 - $90,000. This range is based on various factors including skill set, experience, education, market dynamics, and location.
  • Bonus: This role has an associated annual target bonus component based on company, department, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed.

Work Location

  • This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US (with some exclusions).
  • We are prioritizing candidates who are located in the Pacific Time (PST) timezone to align with core team and client needs.
  • While remote work is flexible, we have office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York for learning and development opportunities, events, and in-person collaboration.
