Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas and have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a fee and commission-driven environment, preferably within the financial or technology sectors. A personal vehicle, proficiency in office software, and availability for travel are indispensable. Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus, as is basic to intermediate English proficiency. Key attributes include effective communication, a proactive and autonomous attitude, focus on results, and strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
The Senior Representative, Sales will generate leads through direct prospecting and by leveraging relationships with banking executives, actively engaging with prospects at strategic partner locations to promote payment solutions. Responsibilities include client retention through relationship building and portfolio growth via cross-consulting, meticulous monitoring of the negotiation process to ensure quality standards, and analyzing competitor strengths and weaknesses to develop winning strategies.
