Candidates should possess experience in Partner Enablement and Relationship Management, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with reseller partners. They should have experience in educating partners on UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, developing joint business plans, and driving partner adoption of sales tools. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have experience in sales support and co-selling, conducting joint customer calls, and delivering ongoing training programs.
As a Senior Regional Partner Manager at RingCentral, you will support and enable reseller partners in selling RingCentral’s UCaaS and CCaaS solutions by fostering strategic relationships, delivering sales enablement, and ensuring partners have the resources they need. You will also collaborate with partners to identify sales opportunities, drive partner performance against KPIs, monitor partner channel performance, and prepare reports. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to align partner initiatives with corporate objectives and advocate for partner needs.
