The Technical Interview Coach will be instrumental in advancing CodePath’s mission by assisting students and alumni in their preparation for technical interviews, with a primary focus on software engineering, through the Career Center. The Career Center offers accessible career support via 1:1 mock interviews, workshops, and skill-building sessions designed to equip students with the technical skills and confidence necessary to secure technical roles and navigate their career paths.
This part-time role (up to 20 hours/week) requires significant software engineering and technical interviewing experience, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting students—particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds—in their success within the technical hiring process.
