The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for their client and partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They will complete a detailed job scope conversation, review applicants, build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns, source candidates through various methods, generate targeted lists, solicit referrals, utilize proprietary software, provide value propositions to candidates, prepare them for interviews, and ensure timely updates. They will also conduct phone interviews, navigate difficult conversations, compare candidates with requisition specifications, and consider factors related to candidate fit.
