We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team and provide Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. As a brand ambassador for our clients, you will partner with hiring managers in a consultative capacity, focusing on delivering top talent and providing proactive, timely communication. You will stay abreast of industry and market trends, mentor other recruiters, and demonstrate innovative search techniques.
Requirements
- Native Italian Speaker
- Business fluency in English
- Experience in recruitment
- Ability to conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews with industry/role specific probing questions
- Skill in navigating difficult conversations to gather appropriate information
- Proficiency in comparing candidate phone interview notes
Responsibilities
- Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders.
- Timely review of applicants via the applicant tracking system.
- Build and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to job openings.
- Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using sophisticated Boolean search language.
- Source candidates via social media channels and deep web sourcing techniques.
- Generate targeted lists of passive candidates using member subscriptions and technologies.
- Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
- Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
- Use a sophisticated mix of media to connect with talent communities (phone, email, campaigning, network introductions, and social media).
- Provide value propositions uniquely tailored to each candidate's situation and interest level.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, including logistical information, interview schedules, appropriate attire, and follow-up expectations.
- Ensure all candidates receive timely updates on their application and interview status.
- Maintain a strong understanding of top candidate interest levels and concerns throughout the process.
- Act as a mentor to Recruiters and other team members.
