Candidates should possess 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on Go-To-Market roles in high-growth companies, and a deep understanding of GTM functions to assess candidate fit. Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes and workflows is also required, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The Senior Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for GTM positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, while collaborating closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. They will also develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques, gather market intelligence, design and implement recruitment processes, ensure a positive candidate experience, and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
