Candidates should have experience in GTM Analytics or a similar role, with a proven track record in analyzing and optimizing sales and marketing strategies, preferably in a SaaS environment. Expertise in translating complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams is essential. Proficiency with data analytics tools and platforms such as Looker or Amplitude is a plus, although a focus on solving product challenges is prioritized over specific tool experience.
The Senior Data Scientist will analyze GTM performance, evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing channels, and create models to forecast sales trends and customer lifetime value. They will develop and utilize clustering and segmentation techniques to identify customer groups, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to provide data-driven recommendations, analyze pricing strategies, design and implement experiments to test GTM tactics, and develop and maintain dashboards that track key GTM metrics.
