The role also involves soliciting referrals, utilizing proprietary software for talent community engagement, providing tailored value propositions to candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, ensuring timely communication on application status, maintaining a pulse on candidate interest, conducting professional phone interviews with probing questions, and navigating difficult conversations to gather information. The Senior Recruiter will compare candidate qualifications with requisition specifications to determine role matches.
