As a Senior Recruiter, the candidate will own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact, complex roles across tech and business teams, shaping hiring plans, utilizing AI and smart tools to speed up sourcing and streamline workflows, leading intake and search strategy, running hiring processes that are fast and inclusive, tracking KPIs and funnel health, helping define what “great” means, coaching junior recruiters, leading process audits and projects, and fostering a supportive and high-performing recruiting culture while representing Wealthsimple’s EVP with heart.
