Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Management, or Engineering, and have at least 7 years of proven project management experience in the technology or software industry. They should demonstrate experience in managing large, complex projects with successful outcomes, along with a deep understanding of project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required, as well as excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. A Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. They will develop detailed project plans and schedules, clearly defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and maintain consistent project communication. The role involves monitoring project progress and performance, providing regular status updates and adjustments as necessary, identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks, and facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams to promote a positive work environment and effective teamwork. Additionally, they will conduct project retrospectives to evaluate results and implement continuous improvement initiatives, document lessons learned and best practices, and provide overall project coordination.
