Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Professional Services or consulting. A proven track record of successfully managing technical projects in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, VM environments, and Data Analytics is required, along with 3-5 years of experience working with AWS Cloud. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Project Management methodologies, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at Director/VP/C-level, is essential. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will lead and deliver customer-facing projects in cloud, AI, and digital transformation, ensuring they are in-scope, on-time, and on-budget while maintaining customer satisfaction. This role involves developing and executing project plans, applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, and facilitating Scrum events. Responsibilities include managing project portfolios, allocating resources, serving as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, communicating project updates and risks, and partnering with sales on scoping and SOW alignment. The Senior Project Manager will also manage project budgets, lead cross-functional teams, coach teams in Agile practices, remove impediments, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations through proactive risk management and quality assurance.
