Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, or closely related engineering discipline
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in engineering and project management, with a focus on capital and infrastructure projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for planning, reporting and collaborating
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project delivery systems
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and civil design

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of capital and infrastructure projects including site development, utilities, roadways, drainage, and structural improvements
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Prepare and review engineering designs, technical specifications, and construction documents
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including permitting and environmental requirements
  • Oversee construction activities, perform site inspections, and resolve field issues
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff
  • Support capital planning efforts by identifying infrastructure needs and developing project proposals
