Responsibilities

  • Develop and complete plans for large-scale AI programs, guiding them through the entire lifecycle (hypothesis validation, fine-tuning, evaluations, velocity improvements, requirements gathering, risk assessment, resource allocation)
  • Understand the entire solution, its dependencies, and impacts to ensure smooth product delivery
  • Maintain deep end-to-end understanding of strategies for early feature market fit identification
  • Communicate and present effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Keep contributing teams unblocked by rapidly resolving schedule-impacting issues
  • Question teams thoroughly to address assumptions and gaps in complex plans
  • Define and drive processes for coordination, communication, and resolving cross-team issues in the GenAI Initiative
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration and coordination to enhance project outcomes
  • Multitask, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and maintain attention to detail under pressure
  • Regularly inspect processes to adapt what is working and not working
  • Establish an engaged group of leaders from collaborating teams to implement the overall plan
