Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of ServiceNow Platform experience and at least 8 years of experience in a technology advisory role, preferably focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are desired. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and the ability to travel up to 50% annually are also required.

Responsibilities

The AI Architect will drive customer outcomes and value realization for GenAI technology by delivering ServiceNow’s GenAI capabilities and providing technical advisory. They will lead GenAI enablement programs and GenAI Impact accelerators, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on industry trends in GenAI. Responsibilities also include contributing to thought leadership documents and making GenAI capabilities accessible to the broader organization, customers, and partners.
