Experience working with Service Providers either in a direct or a channel environment with pre-sales experience
Typically, 5+ years’ experience in the development (text cuts off, but implied relevant technical/sales engineering experience)
Industry knowledge in UC, CX / Contact Centre, AI, Language Models, Mobility, and IMS Integration
Comprehensive understanding of APIs and developer Portals
In-depth knowledge of RingCentral’s UC & Customer Experience Portfolio, including RingCX OEM partners (beneficial)
Responsibilities
Act as the technical voice and interface of the Global Service Provider Team in Australia, ensuring technically sound and commercially viable solutions while building long-term trust with partners and customers
Drive revenue and partnerships by working alongside Sales teams to drive revenues through existing partners and identifying new business opportunities
Deliver clear, credible, and consultative technical engagements to ensure solution-fit and enable sales success throughout the customer lifecycle
Coordinate and lead discovery sessions to understand customer business requirements and objectives
Engage in business-led conversations to articulate benefits (e.g., Revenue Generation, Operational Efficiency) of the RingCentral EX/CX/AI Portfolio
Provide direct technical support for RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
Develop solutions that are technically sound and commercially viable, innovating to differentiate RingCentral
Work with Sales Engineering Leadership, local Sales Executives, and Product Teams to coordinate development and delivery of new services and propositions
Develop and maintain expert understanding of all RingCentral applications and products (UC, IMS, CX/Contact Centre, AI)
Create and perform innovative, business-led presentations and technical demonstrations for partners, customers, and prospects
Help create repeatable Sales Support collateral and content, such as Sales Playbooks and TCO Tools
Provide continuous enablement to Service Providers and manage customer feature requests by documenting requirements for the Product Team
Actively participate as a subject matter expert, providing consultative support and mentorship to other Solutions Consultants and Sales team members
Represent RingCentral at conferences, industry, partner, and sales events
