The salary range is $175,100 - $206,000 USD (Target). Full-time offers also include target bonus, target equity, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Required skills include 5+ years of professional Product Design experience, experience designing consumer-facing web and mobile experiences, excellence in product thinking, visual design, and written communication, exemplary cross-functional skills and stakeholder management, fluency in Figma and prototyping tools, and interest in crypto or financial products.

You'll work in a small team in a fast-paced (sometimes ambiguous) environment, with daily collaboration with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners, participating in regular design reviews.

Strong candidates have 5+ years of product design experience with consumer web/mobile, excel in product thinking, visual design, communication, and cross-functional collaboration, are self-guided and thrive in fast-paced environments, with fluency in Figma; nice-to-haves include TradFi design experience and being a Coinbase user.
