Experience in the customer engagement or omnichannel marketing space is highly desirable.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will drive the go-to-market strategy and narrative for OneSignal’s product portfolio, own and contribute to product and feature launches, articulate the product’s value to a global audience, and create compelling messaging and enablement materials. They will also collaborate with product managers, engineering, and design to bring new products and use cases to market, conduct user research, analyze data, and contribute to site design and other marketing initiatives.
Customer engagement through push notifications
OneSignal offers a platform for customer engagement through push notifications, helping businesses connect with their customers via mobile and web notifications. It operates on a freemium model, providing basic services for free and charging for premium features like machine learning for message optimization and detailed analytics. The platform is user-friendly, allowing setup in about 15 minutes and capable of sending billions of notifications daily, including behavior-based triggers. OneSignal stands out with its open-source SDKs and accessible API, aiming to empower businesses to engage their customers effectively.
