Proven success in telephony-centric businesses, particularly in enterprise SaaS and communication products, is essential, along with familiarity with SIP signaling, RTP, WebRTC, H.323, and telephony hardware. Understanding of QoS, network latency, jitter, and packet loss is also necessary, as is experience with APIs and Agile processes.
The Senior Product Manager, Zoom Phone will lead the Zoom Phone business by focusing on telephony features, owning objectives and KPIs, and ensuring these features drive user engagement and business impact. They will translate customer needs into well-defined user stories and functional requirements, prioritize product features and enhancements, and collaborate with development and design teams to drive agile delivery. The role involves defining and maintaining the core management platform roadmap, tracking product KPIs, analyzing product usage data, and serving as the product expert by evaluating industry trends and working closely with customers and stakeholders. Additionally, they will drive AI features within the telephony features, help admins onboard and manage users, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
