Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on Unified Endpoint Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), or enterprise security solutions. A deep understanding of Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS, and Android operating systems, including their security frameworks, is required. Hands-on experience with UEM/MDM platforms, knowledge of device compliance, encryption, remote management, and zero-trust security principles, and familiarity with enterprise IT environments are essential. Practical experience with AI projects is also a requirement. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and gather customer feedback to drive product decisions are necessary. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are also needed.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will define and prioritize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the UEM platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs. They will collaborate with engineering teams on device management, security policies, and compliance across Windows, iOS, and Android. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, engaging with enterprise customers to understand pain points and gather feedback, and conducting market analysis. Responsibilities also include creating detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, partnering with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies, and defining and tracking key performance indicators to measure product success.
