Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of Product Management experience in the technology or SaaS industry, demonstrating a strong track record of successfully launching and scaling technical products and platforms. A deep understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning, is essential, alongside experience in AI security research and the security of AI systems. Familiarity with competitive offerings in the AI security space is also required.

Responsibilities

As the Principal Product Manager, AI Security, you will drive the strategy and execution for HackerOne’s AI Red Teaming offerings, developing and maintaining a multi-year product roadmap aligned with company objectives and the evolving AI threat landscape. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to execution and go-to-market, collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Customer Operations. Furthermore, you will act as a subject matter expert, presenting to customers, prospects, and internal teams, and maintaining a deep understanding of the latest advancements in AI security to ensure HackerOne remains an innovator.
