Requirements
Candidates should possess proven experience as a Product Manager, delivering complex product solutions with startup speed and agility, and a good understanding of business problems, linking initiatives to business needs. They should also have proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and hands-on experience with pricing or billing is a strong plus. Experience in a fast-paced startup or scaling environment is also a plus, along with experience in Fintech organizations or departments.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, the individual will lead the transformation of Pricing and Billing, prioritizing speed without compromising impact, prototyping and iterating with agility. They will also utilize a platform approach to enable other teams to implement pricing and billing functions, question the status quo, bring fresh ideas, and be comfortable with ambiguity while executing scalable solutions. Furthermore, they will deeply understand customer and business needs, create and bring to life Strategy and Vision for Pricing & Billing teams, and collaborate with Engineering, Data, UX, and other teams to create co-developed solutions.
