Familiarity with marketplace ecosystems such as Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, along with an understanding of creator and brand dynamics in modern commerce, is highly desirable. Experience with advertising technology, AI/ML tools, or marketing automation is considered a plus, as is knowledge of pricing and packaging for SaaS or tiered service products.
The Senior Product Manager will lead high-impact initiatives focused on platform evolution, API partner management, advertising & commerce automation, and TikTok Shop tooling, collaborating with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and operations teams. Specifically, they will define and deliver changes to platform pricing and packaging, manage key relationships with marketplace APIs, contribute to roadmap planning for automation features, and shape the TikTok product experience for creators and brands. Additionally, they will ensure product changes are reflected correctly across internal systems like billing and Salesforce, and proactively manage projects with cross-functional dependencies.
