Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in a consumer-facing product management or equivalent role, along with experience working closely with engineers and designers in agile or scrum environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex ideas for different audiences. A customer-first mindset and proficiency in product tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and data tools like Looker, Amplitude, or similar are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager II will translate product vision and strategy into prioritized features, accounting for highest impact and fastest time-to-market, and will understand and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decisions behind product and feature development. They will work closely with business owners, engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to ensure an efficient, collaborative, and high-quality product development process, create, launch, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize the funnel and results page, conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to gather data, accept engineering solutions, advocate for the user and the importance for educating them on insurance while maintaining a focus on monetization, and advocate for a user-centered approach that balances education, usability, and monetization.
