Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager: Billing Platform, the individual will own the product roadmap and strategy for the company’s billing platform, analyzing gaps in the existing model, addressing data inaccuracies and inefficiencies, and proactively identifying opportunities for system-level improvements. They will drive scalability, reliability, accuracy, and comprehensive improvements to the billing data models and platform, working closely with engineering, revenue cycle, and other product teams to achieve revenue cycle, payments experience, and payor launch goals. Furthermore, they will set best practices and culture for product at Grow, playing a key role in future product manager hiring and recruitment.
