Candidates should possess 5-8 years of product marketing experience, with a strong preference for B2B SaaS, and demonstrate a proven ability to lead go-to-market strategy for a product, vertical, or customer segment. They should have deep empathy for customers and a track record of applying customer insights to shape messaging, campaigns, and product direction, along with strong storytelling and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. Experience designing and executing both broad-based and ABM-style marketing strategies, as well as experience with competitive strategy and market movements, is also required.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own go-to-market strategy for designated customer segments, drive and scale ICP research processes, lead the development of ABM and broad-reach campaigns, partner with Content and Growth to shape content strategy, build strategic relationships with customers and partners, strengthen campaign and segment reporting, collaborate with Product and Sales on roadmap decisions, and lead full-funnel product launches. They will also be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, conducting win-loss analysis, and influencing strategic initiatives.
