Candidates should possess 8+ years of product management experience with 0→1 ownership, and at least 3+ years of experience building ML/AI or data-intensive platforms. They must have a track record of shipping UX-intensive, real-time evaluation or proctoring systems at scale (greater than 100,000 monthly active users), working fluency in LLM architectures, vector search, prompt engineering, and evaluation techniques, and analytical rigor including SQL, experimentation design, and statistical thinking. Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder alignment skills across C-suite, engineering, and compliance are also required, along with the ability to operate with high agency in ambiguous and hyper-growth environments.
The Staff Product Manager will own the product vision and roadmap, establishing a 3- to 12-month strategy aligned to placement quality, fairness, and speed metrics. They will rapidly prototype LLM-based assessments, scale validated solutions across 200+ skill areas, partner deeply with AI research to translate advances into production pipelines, drive data & insight loops by instrumenting assessments and synthesizing with hiring outcomes, lead cross-functional squads to align on priorities and manage scope, institutionalize responsible AI by embedding fairness and privacy controls, and evangelize internally and externally by publishing benchmarks and influencing the talent-tech ecosystem. They will also be responsible for creating an adaptive, multimodal Video AI Interviewer MVP and for creating auto-generated assessment content.
