Roadmap and Business Requirements Ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Work closely with commercial partners to understand their needs and translate them into detailed business requirements for IT business partners as US roadmap for capabilities
Ensure clear communication and alignment between business and IT teams to facilitate the successful implementation of marketing automation solutions related to salesforce marketing cloud
Design business requirements and ensure proper backlogging and process creation based on the needs of commercial partners
Technical Execution of Digital Marketing Campaigns: Execute Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, including the digital HTML building of emails, landing pages, and automation into lead routing tools
Build and optimize customer journeys from a technical point of view, ensuring seamless and personalized customer experiences
Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools to create, test, and deploy digital marketing campaigns
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and IT teams, to ensure successful project delivery including optimization of digital tactics to leverage the full breadth of automation capabilities including journey building and personalization
Coordinate with Zoetis Global Digital Teams & Salesforce experts to leverage global best practices and technologies
