Product Manager, Product-Led Growth (PLG)

Position Overview

Remote is seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to lead our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy. You will be instrumental in shaping and driving the vision and strategy for PLG within a global HR platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance user experience and engagement across a wide range of customer types and business needs globally, within a rapidly scaling environment.

Role Focus

This role requires a balanced strategy combining Product-Led Growth (PLG) and sales-assisted initiatives. You will dedicate approximately 70% of your time to PLG efforts, focusing on areas such as user onboarding, feature adoption, and self-serve experiences. The remaining 30% will be dedicated to sales-assisted strategies, supporting high-intent users through seamless hand-offs to the sales team.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: Successful track record as a Product Manager, driving growth through Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies in a SaaS or tech company.
• Data-Driven: Demonstrated experience with data-driven decision-making using analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Sigma, and product onboarding tools such as Appcues or Navattic. Familiarity with Figma, Dovetail, Sprig, and Linear is a plus.
• Growth Expertise: Deep understanding of growth metrics, experimentation, and A/B testing, with the ability to translate insights into impactful product enhancements.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to define and communicate a clear, inspiring product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and user needs.
• Collaboration Skills: Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, enabling close work with cross-functional stakeholders and customers.
• Communication: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for clear communication across global teams.
• Remote Work Experience: Prior experience working remotely is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development, execution, and delivery of the Product-Led Growth (PLG) roadmap, focusing on user onboarding, retention, and expansion.
• Achieve significant and measurable growth in user engagement, activation, and retention metrics for PLG-focused initiatives.
• Define and clearly communicate a product vision and strategy for PLG to stakeholders across teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, facilitating continuous feedback and collaboration.
• Lead data-driven experimentation processes, validating assumptions through A/B tests and refining the user experience based on results.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Remote’s platform, users, and the unique needs of global HR tech.
