Remote is seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to lead our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy. You will be instrumental in shaping and driving the vision and strategy for PLG within a global HR platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance user experience and engagement across a wide range of customer types and business needs globally, within a rapidly scaling environment.
This role requires a balanced strategy combining Product-Led Growth (PLG) and sales-assisted initiatives. You will dedicate approximately 70% of your time to PLG efforts, focusing on areas such as user onboarding, feature adoption, and self-serve experiences. The remaining 30% will be dedicated to sales-assisted strategies, supporting high-intent users through seamless hand-offs to the sales team.
