Candidates should possess a proven track record of success in product-led growth within high-scale B2C environments, demonstrating expertise in experimentation, pricing optimization, user acquisition, and retention strategies. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of growth levers are essential, along with the ability to define and execute growth strategies and manage a team of product managers.
The Director of Product-Led Growth will be responsible for owning and driving Splice’s product-led growth strategy, aligning experimentation, pricing optimization, acquisition, and retention initiatives with overall company goals, communicating growth plans and results, and working cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, design, and data science teams to design and execute initiatives that accelerate growth. They will also manage and mentor a team of growth-focused product managers, fostering a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous learning, and reporting directly to the VP of Product to shape Splice’s future by tightly connecting product performance with company revenue goals.
