The Senior Product Manager will own and influence the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans for EOR Growth and Managed HR. This includes building a clear vision, designing and executing product-led growth experiments, establishing structured customer feedback loops, and working cross-functionally to address diverse needs. The role involves driving progress through the entire product development lifecycle, collaborating with product designers and engineers, and balancing core product development with client escalations while improving UX in compliance-sensitive areas.
