Requirements

Candidates should possess 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 4+ years focused on B2B SaaS or enterprise product development, and proven success building tools for enterprise customers, ideally in a vertical SaaS, healthcare, or marketplace environment. Strong empathy for B2B users is required, along with excellent collaboration skills and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will own and execute the product roadmap for enterprise hospital accounts, including multi-location groups and corporate entities, deeply understanding corporate workflows and business goals to inform product decisions. They will design and launch tools that scale across multi-location networks, collaborate with go-to-market teams, lead the product development lifecycle with a test-and-learn mindset, use data and customer feedback to identify friction points, and build for both external users and internal Roo teams. Additionally, they will drive alignment across engineering, design, and stakeholders and help shape Roo’s broader enterprise product strategy.
