Requirements

Candidates should possess 4+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on Enterprise SaaS software, and a proven track record of delivering admin capabilities that drive enterprise adoption and fuel user growth. They should be comfortable engaging with end-users, conducting user research, and translating findings into product solutions, as well as having experience working directly with enterprise customers and understanding their security needs. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making are also required, along with excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

As the Product Manager, Enterprise Admin, you will own and drive the product strategy for Mural's enterprise administration features, partnering with enterprise customers to understand their requirements and translate them into compelling product solutions. You will lead the development and execution of the enterprise admin area, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Security teams to identify and prioritize enterprise-critical features. Additionally, you will drive competitive analysis, own internal and external communication strategies, measure business impact, and maintain stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
