Candidates should possess 5+ years of product management experience and 10+ years of combined market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, product, or business operations experience, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. They should be passionate about building experiences that people love to use, able to think beyond constraints to imagine new ways to enroll and engage members, and possess excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead advance discovery and help shape strategic customer partnerships in support of Omada’s expansion into the payer, PBM, and Provider ecosystem, operating between product squads and commercial teams to identify gaps and opportunities and advocate for the problems to be solved. You will directly support the Senior Director, Product in high-impact special projects, partner closely with the commercial organization to identify high-impact partnership opportunities, explore new verticals for Omada like Provider partnerships, cultivate an innovative environment, mentor and support other PMs, and establish best practices for tracking partnership opportunities.
Virtual care for chronic condition management
