Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to conduct user research, create UX concepts, and develop visual design explorations. Experience in designing for complex, multi-faceted healthcare products is preferred, as well as a portfolio showcasing impactful design solutions. A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is required, and experience working alongside product management, engineering, and clinical teams is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will own every aspect of the product design process, including facilitating user research, creating UX concepts and visual design explorations, designing user stories, and ensuring a seamless user experience across multiple surfaces. They will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and clinical teams to design patient-facing experiences focused on achieving health goals, and contribute to designing for scale and elevating both systems and experiences. Additionally, the role involves a commitment to building healthcare that puts patients in control, provides reactive and proactive care, has transparent pricing and process, is extremely effective and ridiculously convenient, and evolves over time based on patients’ goals.
