Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least 7 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on enterprise applications and support/services systems. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and related technologies is essential. A deep understanding of customer support, customer success, and professional services operations is required, as well as experience with AI and automation technologies. Experience with FedRAMP and SOX compliance is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the product roadmap for Support & Services systems, including SupportLogic, MarkPrompt, and others, focusing on customer and partner experience optimization. You will drive initiatives to continuously improve support and service delivery, identify and integrate AI and automation technologies, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for defining and tracking KPIs, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
