Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with over 5 years in product management, analytics, or data-focused roles, preferably in healthcare. Strong intermediate SQL and analytical skills are essential, along with experience in gathering requirements, writing problem statements, and creating acceptance criteria. Familiarity with relational databases, data pipeline tools, and dashboarding platforms such as Snowflake, Looker, Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI is required, as is experience with Python (pandas) for data analysis.

Key responsibilities include measuring impact by defining success metrics, contributing hands-on with SQL for dashboards and pipeline debugging, and monitoring critical data pipelines to ensure quality and reliability.
