Candidates should possess over 10 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on data platforms, infrastructure, or enterprise data solutions. A deep understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS is essential. Strong hands-on SQL skills and analytical abilities are required to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams. Proven experience in client-facing product leadership, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, is necessary. A background in eCommerce, adtech, or retail media is strongly preferred, as is demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within high-growth environments. Familiarity with data privacy frameworks like GDPR and CCPA, and their integration into product design, is important. Mandarin language proficiency is strongly preferred for global team and client alignment.
The Principal Product Manager will own and evolve the product strategy for Pacvue’s data services, shaping the roadmap and delivering high-impact solutions for internal teams and global clients. They will partner with Product leadership to define the long-term vision for data infrastructure, data APIs, and operational tooling. This role involves serving as the primary interface with strategic enterprise clients on data-related matters, driving discovery, managing technical conversations, and developing long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include translating ambiguous client needs into clear product requirements by understanding their data ecosystems and business use cases. The individual will lead end-to-end product development cycles, from ideation and validation to launch and scaling, collaborating closely with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Additionally, they will develop and maintain strong executive relationships with client stakeholders and ensure compliance with evolving data privacy standards by integrating policy-driven requirements into product architecture.
