Candidates should have 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or enterprise platforms and a proven track record of shipping customer-facing products in fast-paced environments. A strong understanding of usability, dashboard design, admin workflows, and configuration management is required, along with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, designers, and GTM teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is a passion for building intuitive interfaces. Experience in security, risk management, or fraud detection is a bonus.
The Product Manager will own the vision and drive the execution of the Console Platform, from ideation to launch. This includes shaping the platform's strategy, ensuring it delivers scalable and intuitive experiences, and prioritizing features that improve usability, scalability, and customer adoption. The role involves translating customer needs into product requirements, coordinating with other Product Managers for cross-platform alignment, and identifying optimization opportunities in dashboards, permissions, and configuration management. The Product Manager will also drive the platform's vision and strategy, partner with Product Marketing and Sales for successful launches, enhance product analytics capabilities, and inspire cross-functional teams around platform goals.
