Responsibilities

  • Define and drive UX strategy in close partnership with Product Management and cross-functional peers
  • Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights and guide decision-making
  • Design scalable, end-to-end experiences using customer research, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and detailed specs
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders in Platforms & Partnerships group
  • Turn complex problems into intuitive, impactful experiences
  • Drive consistency across the product while unlocking new opportunities to deliver value to customers
  • Contribute to the long-term vision of the Platforms & Partnerships group
  • Have a lasting, measurable impact on the lives and businesses of home service professionals across North America
