Requirements

3+ years of experience in product design
Strong portfolio that showcases user-centered design thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience with design systems and design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
Experience with design research and testing methodologies

Responsibilities

Define and drive UX strategy in close partnership with Product Management and cross-functional peers
Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights and guide decision-making
Design scalable, end-to-end experiences using customer research, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and detailed specs
Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders in Platforms & Partnerships group
Turn complex problems into intuitive, impactful experiences
Drive consistency across the product while unlocking new opportunities to deliver value to customers
Contribute to the long-term vision of the Platforms & Partnerships group
Have a lasting, measurable impact on the lives and businesses of home service professionals across North America
