Responsibilities

  • Define and drive UX strategy in close partnership with Product Management and cross-functional peers
  • Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights and guide decision-making
  • Design scalable, end-to-end experiences using customer research, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and detailed specs
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders in Platforms & Partnerships
  • Shape and grow Jobber’s product ecosystem by filling key non-core product gaps, focusing on third-party software integrations, developer experiences, and software solutions for strategic partnerships
  • Design best-in-class experiences for app integrations, the store, and third-party supply catalog partnerships
  • Drive consistency across the product while unlocking new opportunities to deliver value to customers
  • Ensure cohesive, high-quality product through collaboration with content designers, design systems, and peers
  • Contribute to the long-term vision of the Platforms & Partnerships group, impacting home service professionals
