The ideal candidate possesses a builder's DNA, high ownership and agency, strong cross-functional leadership skills, and is an executive-ready communicator capable of influencing C-suite leaders, regulators, and network partners. Analytical skills are also essential.
The Director of Product Management will own and scale new product initiatives, focusing on new category expansion and strategy for debit and lending products to build deeper member relationships. Responsibilities include driving performance, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring products deliver measurable impact. This role involves setting product vision and strategy for Checking/Debit Accounts & New Products P&Ls, developing quarterly bets and long-term initiatives, and leading product squads through discovery, delivery, and optimization. The director will own product performance metrics, translate data into narratives for adjacent teams, and act as a liaison across Engineering, Risk, Marketing, Finance, and sponsor banks/networks. They will also coach PMs and designers, establish experimentation frameworks, and explore/validate new product opportunities to inform future product strategy.
