The role also demands the ability to analyze markets and apply findings to development decisions, direct project management experience including partnership management and program design development, and experience leading cross-team projects. Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software is necessary, along with the ability to work independently on core product management activities.
The Senior Product Manager will provide product management leadership for evaluating, developing, scaling, and managing products and services for utility clients, leading new product development efforts using a stage-gate process, and coaching other Product Managers. Responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team on collateral, creating high-level business requirements, partnering with Information Systems on software development, and modifying products based on client feedback. The role also involves developing processes and strategies, researching market drivers and trends, conducting voice of customer efforts, supporting business development for MVPs, prioritizing development needs, owning product roadmaps, and collaborating with implementation teams for service launches and testing.
