The Senior Product Manager will drive zero-to-one execution by designing and delivering MVPs, validating hypotheses, and scaling successful initiatives. They will translate product vision into an actionable roadmap, build mechanisms to maximize user retention and consistency, and design and run rapid experiments to test product mechanics. Responsibilities include learning fast from signals, maintaining a lean approach, and developing deep user empathy. The role involves combining quantitative data with qualitative insights to create simple, sticky product mechanics that drive engagement and habit formation. The Senior Product Manager will partner with cross-functional teams, mobilize non-traditional partners, and inspire the team with clarity and conviction. They will obsess over retention, design loops and programs to help users stick, and tie product bets to measurable business impact including engagement, retention, and revenue.
