Requirements

4+ years’ of experience as a Product Manager of cross-functional teams that deliver excellent software
Care about the outcome - not just the output, utilising data and creating metrics to quantify success
Believe in close collaboration with other disciplines as creative partners, using leading product practice to continuously deliver value and learning
Fluent in Agile methodologies and have worked with teams who utilise Scrum or Kanban frameworks
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience in bringing business partners with you to develop class-leading products
Honest, candid, and have high standards; thrive in a culture of open debate and continuous development

Responsibilities

Create product strategy and set a vision
Lead a squad of designers, engineers and data scientists to build the right product for the right reasons
Build your own product roadmap whilst maintaining and prioritising the product backlog
Track releases using clearly defined success metrics that move the needle
Acquire a deep understanding of our users in order to create a high quality experience that delivers real value and benefit to the user
