Requirements

  • 4+ years’ of experience as a Product Manager of cross-functional teams that deliver excellent software
  • Care about the outcome - not just the output, utilising data and creating metrics to quantify success
  • Believe in close collaboration with other disciplines as creative partners, using leading product practice to continuously deliver value and learning
  • Fluent in Agile methodologies and have worked with teams who utilise Scrum or Kanban frameworks
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience in bringing business partners with you to develop class-leading products
  • Honest, candid, and have high standards; thrive in a culture of open debate and continuous development

  • Leveraged AI / ML in the products you’ve built
  • Built a product that uses many different kinds of data to provide insights and/or recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Create product strategy and set a vision
  • Lead a squad of designers, engineers and data scientists to build the right product for the right reasons
  • Build your own product roadmap whilst maintaining and prioritising the product backlog
  • Track releases using clearly defined success metrics that move the needle
  • Acquire a deep understanding of our users in order to create a high quality experience that delivers real value and benefit to the user
