Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior UX Designer will conduct user research and testing, create mockups to articulate functionality and design, and refine user personas and journeys. This role involves championing best practices in user experience design, collaborating with Product Management on strategic execution, and working with Engineers and QA to ensure accurate implementation. The designer will also build relationships with users, representatives, and customer success teams to holistically improve platform usability.
